Hotels in Paris

Booking a sneaky little 4 day trip to Paris in April, just bagged some bargin Eurostar tickets (please avoid jokes surrounding current fiasco!).

Anyone been recently who can recommend a hotel/b&b?

Lastminute.com do this thing where you can book a 4 star hotel in top European cities at the last minute (funnily enough) really cheap but you don't know where in the city it is. Apparently the reason is that the better hotels don't like it to get out that they haven't had bookings for all their rooms.
