How Much Service Does Fredy Really Get ?

If you can provide the service, then Fredy is your man. The service has been diabolical. Mark Gower is a good player but needs a lot of coaching. He's in part a Giggsy (at this level) but needs to understand that there are others who would benefit by his craft - he should not be so selfish. Having said that, he has scored some cracking goals but not enough nor has he created enough chances for others. Nevertheless, we need another proven (not a has been) striker aswell but that, I guess, is stating the obvious ! One thing is for sure - Fredy will do the business and we will cash in (goals or spondullits)!

He hasn't done it consistently though.

Is there any news on Gower? Did he have an operation to sort out his recurring problems?

As long as he has ditched the white boots for good and gets a full pre season under his belt I think he can cope with League 1 and will provide enough service for the our strikers. But if he plays like the 2nd half of last season I think we need to be looking for 2 wingers not just the one we are currently searching for.
