Between 1998 and 2001, I was lucky enough to live in the beautiful Canadian province of British Columbia. BC is traditionally a stronghold for the political left in Canada, and this is evidenced in higher provincial taxation than neighbouring Alberta, balanced by better state healthcare and a more generous welfare system.

They also champion provincial ownership of business, including car insurance. ICBC (the Insurance Corporation of BC) has a monopoly on providing car insurance to BC motorists. This means that you pay a LOT of money on car insurance in BC.

Im confused.com, well phone up some insurance companies and talk to someone, im sure they can tell you more about your policy than a search function can
