Supporters Group News Ideas for further protests.

With time running out, perhaps it's time to move beyond protesting. Protesting just suggests publicly you oppose to something or someone. He doesn't care.
The saying goes 'press till it hurts, then press some more'.

Now is the time to irritate the crap out of him and push him to his limits. Only that will make him crack, like the protests outside his driveway. That rattled him.

After the amazing 25 years he's given us, perhaps to show our appreciation, we should shower him with gifts through the post... some gifts he may appreciate being delivered....

What do you think the chances are of getting an Ex-Players march organised? Are you in contact with Chris at the Echo as I am sure he would be interested in what you are doing?

Re the march I think it's a bit tricky - there can be a fine line between asking for things and asking for things too much. Most SUEPA members are quite passive, or might naturally shy away from things like this especially if they are still involved in the game, and getting a response to requests is often extremely time consuming to say the least (I've emailed out and have been following up by WhatsApp with those I identify as likely to want to do the videos). Many of course are spread across the globe - those that are local know what is going on and will take part if they wish. I'll be sure though to make them aware/encourage if appropriate, the video thing means I'm speaking to quite a few at the moment.

As for Chris we are in fairly regular contact and often help each other out. He follows SUEPA and if he wants to use any of the material he will I'm sure give me a call, tho that said I might suggest it to him. The Barry Fry one was perhaps the highest profile one to date and Radio Essex used it (after asking) on a couple of news bulletins - and I've made other media organisations aware

A couple of other higher profile videos will help and I hope to bag one or two over the weekend

Would be good if they could be posted on Shrimperzone?

I tried re the Fry one but even after putting it thro the reducer the size was too big. And I'm not sure the Mods want me anyway to gum up SZ airwaves re them all, especially when they are freely available on all four SUEPA social media outlets.
Just viewed your facebook page, gotta say great work getting these snippets from ex southend players and managers.

Personally I think you should have your own thread stickied in shrimpers chit chat so more people can see it.

I have just secured 25 Vuvuzelas from a fella at work who ran a float at Notting Hill carnival.

My plan is to give 5 to the ones at the front, 5 each side and 5 to the protestors at the back so we can make ourselves known, as well as waking up all the crackheads outside Greggs at the top of the city centre.
Now, that's a noise that really gets on ones ti ts. If someone were using them in the road where i lived I would become a tad annoyed. Just saying.

How about everyone takes their black rubbish sacks and food bins down to HollyTree House and scatter the contents all over his lawn and up his drive, would make the Rat fell right at home.

Make sure there is nothing that can identify you in bags.

And keep 5 for a certain person who lives in the Benfleet area.

Food items that are difficult to clean up and get sticky when in rain could be lobbed all over his grounds. Millions sweets, jelly babies, etc. As you say, might attract his fellow rodents too.
