.... compare this to current Chester City director of football Morell Maison.

Since being appointed by previous owner Steven Vaughan in November he has refused to pay any playing or managerial staff their wages. In fact he hasn't even bothered to meet them.

He has, however, sent a letter this week telling the players to find other clubs and is now busing in academy players from the Midlands.

He also refused to turn up for a meeting at the Deva Stadium as the club refused to pay his travelling expenses from Birmingham.

Here's a direct quote from player & assistant manager Tim Ryan. "None of the players have even seen Morell Maison, we've not heard a word from him. We don't know what's going on, we've not got a clue."

You see, even in non-league, there's some charmless nurks around, happy to run clubs into the ground for their own purposes.
