...would you give them similar names and dress them the same? Just wondered people's views.
 
Don't have to be twins to be dressed the same. 3 and a half years between my sister and I, and we were often dressed "for best" the same. A girl and a boy twin might not be too happy though....
 
I have got twins. As they are a boy and a girl they certainly don't dress alike! Their names aren't similar either (no Lil and Phil from Rugrats, my two) but when thinking of names we wanted to make sure they scanned well when said together.
