Can we close this thread before someone starts off on one again? I'm sure there'll be another one started at about 5pm on Saturday...

And just to prove it isn’t impossible, that’s not how you spell always.
LOL. Yes of course it was a typo but you said it was difficult to prove a negative. Cheer up old chap and don't leave such open goals.Petty beyond belief,Ever heard of typos? ((especially on a borrowd laptop).
FWIW,it seems to me that KB's career is a very good example of the Peter Principle at work.Basically, this suggests that people tend to get promoted to one level above their level of competence.( aka "How clots get their slots." With reference to KB,his cv shows that he is a pretty useful coach.Unfortunately,it also shows he's not much of a manager.IMO,he's unlikely to achieve success at SUFC as a manager. In fact,I believe the longer he stays in charge the more likely we will be to get relegated this season.

It's spelt borrowed.
When I was taught grammar and sentence construction the use of a comma was followed by a space before the next word. Also you do not use a capital after a comma.
Well out of our league unfortunately. He's one of the brightest minds in football according to Sol CampbellSol Campbell is now available...
And why the ((? Surely two ( are not require? How many typos are beyond petty?Petty beyond belief,Ever heard of typos? ((especially on a borrowd laptop).

Time to move on now though I reckon? And why the ((? Surely two ( are not require? How many typos are beyond petty?

Great name for a band i'll have to check them outEver heard of "fat fingers" on a borrowed laptop.
Football has its own rules, so you cant apply the Peter Principle to football management.
In fact there is a common phrase used throughout the coaching world on that very point you make.
"Don't be silly, just ask Tilly"

Football equivalent of Cwwis Eubank.Well out of our league unfortunately. He's one of the brightest minds in football according to Sol Campbell

Frankly I think you can. After all football management is just another form of (man) management.Albeit a rather specialised one.
Sadly,I don't think anyone was asking Tilly anything much toward's the end of his tenure with us,apart from perhaps "When is the Chairman going to pay me my wages?"
