Image Design for a mug for Timlin - Mad i know lol

Hi, i want to send a get well card to Timms as he is my fav player and i have found aplace local to me who print mugs i am no good at designing but i see some people on here are brilliant i was wondering if anyone has or could make a get well Timms style design i can get the sizes for Photoshop and i will include whoever makes it on the from card?

its a odd request but i thought hay ho why not ask lol
