Is the best the EU can do?

I believe there's a meeting of EU ministers to discuss the situation on Tuesday.Probably best to wait and see what comes out of that.

Certainly going to be extremely difficult to find a solution when there are countries like GB,Hungary etc who are fully entitled not to sign up for a quota system and have made it quite clear that that is exactly what they'll do.
