What I'm implying(rather than saying directly) is, that it's perhaps not a co-incidence, that the Diane Abbot tweet controversy was blown up,out of all proportion, just the day after the Stephen Lawrence verdict came in.

I was under the impression that Diane Abbot had sent her son to the fee paying London Oratory School.Didn't know anything about a private school in Ghana.:unsure:
She of course went to a Grammar school herself and from there to Cambridge( rather like one of my brothers,not Shrimpero but the other one-incidentally he was there at the same time as Michael Portillo-whom he loathed).
I'd agree that she can perhaps be accused of hypocrisy in this respect, though (as the Mirror article suggests),there would seem to be some extenuating circumstances.
However you(and others) are clearly using this as a convenient stick to beat her with here, as I, for one, fail to see any connection between this and her original divide and rule tweet.
