Isn't it a little disappointing?

I know there's still six weeks or so until the start of the season, but isn't it a little disappointing that there is only one thread on the front page of the Chit-Chat forum relating to a possible new player (Lee Sawyer)? At this stage of the off-season shouldn't we have a few possibilities and rumours that we're all discussing? Tilly says he won't be rushed, but I don't want us to be panicking three days before kick off because we've only got four recognised defenders. I'm not doing cartwheels thinking about a back four of Herd, Sankofa, Barrett and Francis with nobody in reserve.

Obviously we are waiting to get the best loans that we can from the Laaandon clubs so we may have to wait to see who's available as these prima-donnas try to grab a permanent deal before the season starts.
