What a joke how many of us have held down a job and continued to train once/twice a week and play weekend football.

Where is he now. He seemed to fall off the grid a year or two ago.

Last I saw he was at Chelmsford, but that was a while back I think. Think he had a spell at Concord and vaguely remember reading about him combining football with his day job as a sparky.

Odd to think that Spinner once labelled him the most exciting prospect he'd ever seen at the club.

To be fair Spinner said Hooper was the better prospect compared to Fred, and we all had a good chuckle.
