I heard Matt Jones, manager of Billericay Town chatting today to another teacher and he said something about Joel Ledgister from Southend being a quality player and that he has been looking at him. Sounded like there was a transfer going to take place and the article here confirms it for me. Not sure about a transfer as he is out of contract now ....

Or am I barking up the wrong tree and getting the whole thing mixed up? Don't shoot me if this turns out to be wrong. :flamer:

She was new when i was there about 2 years ago... Quite young, brown hair.

I wouldn't say he looked better than Franck... but I'm massively biased towards the Moose for some odd reason.

Yeah, it's a shame to lose Ledgister, and a slight surprise, but I put faith in Tilly.

It's a funny thing with youth players though. It's not always the most technically gifted ones that make the professional ranks. Being a pro means much more than just having natural talent - unless of course you're blessed with the exceptional skills of Gazza, Rooney, Owen etc.

yep I get what you're saying ORM.. just on the two occasions he has looked really useful. best wishes to Joel though i'm sure he'll get a chance at another club

On the couple of occassions I've seen Ademeno, he's looked half tidy.

Surprised people are saying Ledgister is good. I've not see him play so cant comment, but my Gravesend mate who Ledgister went on loan to said he was pretty rubbish, one of the worst in their team
