Kidderminster Harriers boss Stuart Watkiss has made a final offer to Doncaster Rovers midfielder John McGrath.

The former Mansfield Town manager has trying to lure the former Aston Villa player to Aggborough after being put up for sale by Donny boss Dave Penney back in November.

Watkiss, however, has warned he will not wait around for McGrath to make his mind up, as he has other targets as well.

"I have made John a final offer and we are waiting for his answer," Watkiss told the Express & Star.

"We are not a million miles away now, but we have to take a stance.

"I believe he is trying to negotiate some sort of settlement from Doncaster, which will hopefully tip things in our favour.

"The week after they [Doncaster] signed him, Michael McIndoe arrived from Yeovil and he's never had a chance to impress.

"But he has a left foot like a wand, has plenty of energy and can certainly put a foot in."
