On the face of things, this could be a really good addition. Plenty of experience both in the football and non league. This would probably suggest to my though that Tyler Cordner is off elsewhere.

I asked an Orient supporting friend of mine (yep, I bet I'm not the only one harbouring such dark, shameful secrets) what his thoughts are about the player. His response:

He was a legend at Cambridge before signing for us then became a big fan favorite with us. He was in our central defence when we became NL champions. Bit slow now but still has enough about him to do well for you.

On the face of it, could be a good signing. A little worrying he diidn't make many appearances for Orient in the last 2 seasons.

I am also a little concerned that PB seems to be going for short term fixes. If it works great, but I am not convinced.

An experienced defenders who has played a lot of games and can also chip in with goals would be a good addition.

I would have thought this would be instead of stokes rather than Cordner. But who knows. I do hope we make a move for stokes as I think he’d be a great player at this level.
