Just to clarify

Don't expect any news on the 2 Leons and Kev today.

They've already been offered deals and will no doubt take all summer to see what else is available before committing pen to paper.

What we are going to get today I believe is news on the rest of the out of contract players, i.e. who stays and who goes.

I think the idea of offering contracts to these straight away, was to get them tied up ASAP before anyone else got a sniff. It won't be that long before we'll find out.

It was to TRY and get them tied up. Their existing contracts provide payment until the end of June so there is absolutely no requirement for them to agree to anything offered.

And wasn't it Leo Roget who still hadn't signed a full contract a few years back and played on a week-to-week basis until about November?

I seem to remember that last year, we had someone outside the ground as the players came out, and we were thus able to learn that "Darryl had a face like thunder, which suggests he was not offered a deal" and so on...
