Just for a bit of fun, amongst the doom and gloom.

The Euro jackpot tonight is £153m, if you won the money outright would you immediately buy SUFC?

What would your game plan be? Stadium/ manager / players…. And how much of the jackpot would you invest in our club?

Bought my 1st ever Euro lotto ticket this afternoon with this in mind!

Would invest in the team, get a Manager who believes in what they are doing, do my utmost to redevelop Roots Hall (if feasible).

Ron wouldn't sell

No, because most of that would be gone within a year. You'd have to pay off all of the virtual/paper debts being racked up by Ron, and then pay him his perceived value of the Club, the associated assets and the planning permission for the training ground and FF.
You'd then either need to redevelop RH or build a self-sustaining stadium elsewhere.
This is the exact reason I can't see anybody with half a brain cell touching the football club, even if they had billions.

My wife is fully aware of the master plan. If I win it, I will buy SUFC with half of it, she can spend the rest sensibly (and will probably leave me while doing so).

No, I want to enjoy the rest of my life.

If I was to win and buy the club. At end of season would clear out every player, coaches, manager and start from scratch. Just keep the kids. Give the new manager a good kitty but with a budget.
Get the hall a massive rebuild and put a decent burger bar in and free beer on the first night.

Better option would be involve the Trust et al and set up a proper supporter-owned model, better than ne money-bags owner replacing a (fomerly, now potless) moneybags owner. Althoough I would take great delight in sending Ron and Phil on their way
