Knox found guilty again

She no doubt thought she was off the hook when she was released.

Wonder how hard she will fight not to go back if the appeal goes against her.

It will be interesting as to the support she gets from the US Gov in not abiding by an extradition request; now or if the next appeal stage doesn't give the verdict another twist/change.
This trial/retrial farce is causing much needed rethinking of the Italian justice system which is long overdue.

Indeed.................
I guess there's the risk that she might be like one of those spiders that gets down to it and then kills/consumes their mate afterwards. Probably worth the risk though.

Criminal Totty Cup! Plenty to choose from out there.

Lol, I like that idea.

If you appeal and the decision is reversed, that should be that.

How do you come to that conclusion? they were convicted. Defence argued new expert witness stuff in the appeal so judges found that the new evidence needed to be heard in a trial so the original conviction was deemed not to be based on "all" evidence so re-trial, which is what has just taken place.
By my reckoning that is two trials they have been convicted at and a draw( replay ordered) in between.

It would be un-American to extradite Amanda Knox.To really practise what they preach, they should allow Italy to kill her with a drone.

Thought she was released on appeal..It could go on forever. re-trial, appeal, re-trial appeal
