Pre-Match Thread League Cup Second Round

Give me a proper Championship or Div 1 team, not an under 21 outfit, we cry/moan/bitch when we have these teams in the Checka trade or whatever its called cup

The difference is that this wouldn't be an under 21 team, they might choose to put out a reserve/young side but if we won the game the records would show we beat Tottenham Hotspur FC, not Tottenham Hotspur U21s.

I don't have any problem with spurs playing a weak team in the league cup, I do have an issue with clubs in the prem and championship being able to field a side in a cup competition designed to give lower league teams a chance of silverware. The FA Vase and Trophy don't have our under 23's competing against the non league sides and nor should they.

Oh what a xxxxxxx surprise!!!! Only east and west open, never think about us southstanders getting a chance of our own seat in the early cup rounds!!!

£15 to attend this game, then expect a crowd of around 2,000, thought £10 would be reasonable, only east stand and west stand open for the game.

£12' for season ticket holders is reasonable will be buying mine in the morning.Certainly better value than what Stevenage were charging
