So, it's that time of year again!! And whos doing it? Me and dad will be doing it for the 4th time :O.

But after last years PB for me I have done very little cycling and I think that will take it's toll on me!

Done this one and the London to Brighton twice each, and much prefer the Brighton one. Not done either for a while, but good luck anyway. Can almost garauntee boiling hot sunshine for this one as well....

done it before, actually quite abit actually never london to brighton though, we did try driving home from work a few times when I used the bossed car, but after taking about an hour and a half just to get from Gt tower street to Limehouse link we started doing london southend dialey there and back as it goes, 6.40 from Leigh actually and the 5.08 from fenchurch street seemd to always be 12 carriages so kinda got a bit more room, but yes if I could ever recomend london to southend then yes well worth doing, fi you have a couple of hours on your hand and maybe a slight interest in trains

I would have done it but on baby duties following birth of daughter number 3 a week ago. Will definitely be doing it next year, I did the Orchid Cycle in May in Billericay, and will be doing the Southend Bikeathon in September as well as looking at something 50+ miles before the summer ends.

I'm doing this after not having done it for several years.

Not done any training in advance so I'll bring my rubber ring in to work on Monday. Got a 21st Birthday Party to go to the night beofre as well! Oh dear.

Here's a good ride to do for those not up to / interested in the London to Southend:

Well worth it for having a gawp at Foulness.
