THE ROCK GOD
I'm really struggling to remember or even think of long unbeaten records, so what is our longest unbeaten record in the league?
Kiss of death for next game:sad:
Didn't we go on a superb run under Sturrock?
I seem to recall that we once went about 8 games with consecutive wins not that many seasons ago. That really is impressive. Can we do it again with all these home games coming up?
Nope it was 8 consecutive wins starting with a win against Col U and the 8th was against Nottingham Forest then we lost 2-0 to Doncaster. We equalled the record which is 7 I believe, then went to Doncaster and lost 2-0.

As to the original question I think our longest unbeaten record is something like 17 or 18 games but that may include cup games as well. I will try and have a look later. Mind you someone might beat me to it.
What about that record breaking, title winning, season under Smith?
