Before i start i should say that those in the Chat Room will have seen me state that it was close to ask Tilly to leave but i take it back. Just think of were we would be without Tilly and Brushy. If they hadn't been appointed as manager and assistant manager then i'd be pretty sure that we would be a lot worse of. I mean think of it. We could've appointed someone much less capeable and ended up gaining relegation to the Conference. We most certainly wouldn't have discovered Freddy Eastwood until he scored against us but by then, we'd be deep in debt and struggling to get promoted. Put it this way, Tilson has kept this club afloat, he's given us ambitions and he's kept to them. As with any manager there are sticky patches. Remember the 18 game streak without a win in the Championship? We stuck by. So why shouldn't we stick by him now. We have to get behind them not on them to get better.
