Lost my wallet over the weekend with my season ticket (card). Anyone know if there is an admin fee for replacements? Also someone mentioned last year that the machine was being repaired in Belgium.

IIRC the admin fee for replacing lost cards is £25.

No idea these days, especially so late in the season. I'd give the ticket office a ring and ask, before going there, today is likely to be busy and if you ring early then at least you'll know what's going on with a replacement before you get there.

My wife lost hers twice last year (I think it had something to do with the awful home form), and they replaced it twice for free. I think officially its £25, but depends on who you ask and what day of the week you go :winking:
