Just seen that EFL are appealing the decision of the independent tribunal meaning that Stevenage's relegation is again put into doubt. So the fixtures being delayed and the fans of both clubs future thrown up in the air!!!

EFL desperate to choose Stevenage to stay up rather than Macclesfield. Pesky tribunal keeps making decisions on the facts and the rules- and saying nasty things like ideally league places would be determined by results on the field of play. EFL doesn't like this at all. They are likely to lose on appeal as well but they were always going to try.. Did Macclesfield manage to pay their June player payroll? I think they are all on furlough in which case probably hard luck EFL.

Probably they should spend more time focussed on their fit and proper persons rules- whether Macclesfield or Charlton or Wigan more often than not the EFL seem to end up penalising clubs and their supporters for things that can be traced back to the EFL's own mistakes..
