Manchester City banned from Champions/Europa League

What are your thoughts on PSG, Barcelona and Real Madrid doing exactly the same and for longer yet UEFA ignoring it?

They are not Man City though who everyone likes to take a dig at!

It's a joke whatever club is getting away with it. Those smaller more unfashionable clubs, like some of our Championship clubs, are doing the same thing, cooking the books, but on a smaller scale and getting punished more. Points deduction and the fine.

Yes, Sheffield Wednesday 12 point deduction.

Similar could easily have been applied to Derby for their creative accountancy

Yes, Derby was a good one. Sold the ground to their owners company for £80m, when it's only worth about £40m, and then leased it back to the club. According to reports, there are about 6 Championship clubs under investigation for this sort of thing, some to do with sponsorship deals that involve the owners. They are all trying to get around the living beyond their means rules, or beat certain caps. They are all cooking the books. The point being that they haven't got multi millions to spend on no lose lawyers. So Man City gets away with it for a much bigger cooking of the books, and the Championship clubs are unlikely to.
