@Chris S, the good guy that wrote and supports the routine is not always available so we have to email or pm him and wait for support. Couple that with the fact that it requires SUFC's public servers for the data can mean that sometimes it 'chokes'.

I don't know what stand you want, but I've just logged into my account and was able to 'buy' 3 seats in T block in the West. I didn't finish the sale as I have a season card, but the seats were in my basket.

I'm after East Black block E, but the site seems to crash whenever I try to select an option. I'm a STH so often buy on behalf of others using my account for home matches

I've just managed to add three adult seats to my basket for East Black Block E. It then took me to the payment page, so I stopped and emptied by basket!

Must be something this end then! I've been patient with the webpage and it has finally let me select some seats luckily.

Now onto the issue of not being able to leave an individual seat

Now try and do the same for the Halifax and Boreham Wood games buying on line is broken it wont let you pick a seat...

Ok, tried them and got as far as picking seats but everything was blacked out. But I guess you knew that already.

The club really lose out on additional ticket sales by blocking sales that leave individual tickets.

They've just lost out on 2 customers today who wanted tickets for tomorrow's game, Roots Hall will never be filled like this.

Could check with the ticket office by calling I suppose but I think my mates are a bit p'ed off now. IMO the block should be taken off the day before a game.

Just got 2 tickets from club t.o. and they were pleasant and efficient yet again, the software did seem to be creaking.

The inability to buy tickets which leaves one seat free is not exclusive to the Club's system. I have encountered it when buying tickets from the Cliffs Pavilion, the Palace theatre and the Odeon Cinema Southend. It appears to be an inherent 'issue' in automated ticketing systems. I have no doubt the Ticket office would sell you the same seats without that problem.

They are on sale on the Official Ipswich Town site. Not sure whether that's for home fans only or it doesn't matter.

Just seen the tickets for the Ipshite game are NOW on Sale, however, COLLECTION ONLY. Clucking W#@kers 232 miles round trip to collect, Bugger that. Cost of Living awareness NoT Apparent to the Womble that has made this decision, put £1 surcharge like you ALWAYS do............
