The Trust will once again have a stand at MTBD this year. As well as being able to Join the Trust or Renew your Membership we will be selling our full range of Trust Merchandise including the New Shrimpers with Attitude T-Shirt.
Also on sale will be old Programmes, Shirts & other SUFC related memorabillia.
You can also sign up for our Quid A Goal or 100 Club schemes, and also book your place on the Trust Coaches for the first 4 away games of this season.
We will be selling Draw Tickets to raise funds for the Trust, the first prize being 2 Tickets for a Coca Cola League 2 Home Game of your choice, with passes to the Players Lounge and a chance to have your photo taken with the Trust's Sponsored Player Mark Gower.
We will also be running a Junior Penalty Competition, and during the day the Players will be signing autographs at the Shrimpers Trust Pavillion.

So come on down & see us - you know it makes sense.

You may be a youngster, but please make sure you get the spellings of Southend legends correctly!!

It's not "Paul Sampson" but instead, it's "Paul Sansome"

As for Mr. Nelson, his first name is "Garry" not "Gary".

And here's a question for everyone... as the manager of one of our Divisional opponents, do we really think it's a good idea to bring Martin Ling along to the "Meet the Blues Day"?! If he's not casting around for players to poach for the Borient, then he'll certainly be taking copious notes about our squad...

That's because Scriv was still in nappies when these two were doing the business.

As for the Martin Ling question - why not ? In fact why not go one stage further. Issue a video after the first day of the season demolition of the relegation fodder and distribute to all other managers in the division.

WATCH OUT SOUTHEND ARE A COMIN' !!

The final edition of the Shrimp Season fanzine will also be on sale in the Shrimper's Trust pavilion.

Oh No .. It's the Eclectic Eel, The Best (Or Worst?) of Shrimp Season will be on sale for £2.50 and has 96 pages. Only 200 copies have been printed so first come, first served (unless you sneak an order in beforehand

Bit of trivia for you is that I knew Garry Nelson's son back in Secondary school.

When people said "any relation?" I was wondering whether they were all secretly Southend lovers, but no the Phillistines were referring to Admiral Lord Nelson who died 198(?) years ago, not that Nelson isn't worthy just Garry Nelson's son and nobody, but me mentioned it! DISGRACE!
