Would have been a travesty if they'd gone through, especially since it would be completely down to the FA's stupid 'prem grounds only' VAR rule. VAR would have disallowed Millwall's first goal easily and would also have awarded the incorrectly disallowed goal for Brighton. I can see why non-televised games might struggle to implement it but when the game is on TV with multiple camera angles it's a bit of a farce to claim the ground isn't kitted out for it.
