Most England goals scored - which club?

Such a fascinating list. The top two miles clear but when you go further down the list to where it goes in order Forest, Barcelona, Corinthians, Real Madrid, Huddersfield, Swifts, Birmingham, Hamburg, Sampdoria, Old Carthusians, QPR.

What an eclectic list.
Presumably those goals from Barca were scored by GL when he was there from late '86 to the summer of '89.

Michael Owen scored a few when he was at RM. McManaman maybe one or two too (he scored three goals for England).

Luton? Prem club don't you know!
They're in the list, Massimo. I think their goals may have come from Brian Stein/Mick Harford or maybe even Paul Walsh.

Edit: no goals for MH.
One goal for BS.
One also for PW.

Error above: Stein had one cap but no goals.

3 goals according to Rob’s list

(But not Mick Hartford who was my first thought as he never scored for England)
Struggling to think who could have scored the other - maybe John Gregory, perchance?

Whoops - JG never played for Luton; must have been the plastic pitch QPR connection. Only others I can think of are Steve Foster or Ricky Hill.

Edit: neither of them. It was Joe Payne, quite a while ago now.

He scored two goals for England and made his League debut against us in 1929.
