My Blackberry/Facebook

Nowt to do with gaming, but a question for people who are far more technically minded than me. I've blocked loads of game requests (and indeed, some people's updates) on FB because I got fed up with people wanting to give me cows and things or finding out who they were following, however, on my Blackberry, I still get loads of updates about people who've won Poker chips or who wants a pole (?!). How do I block that kind of stuff on my Blackberry? Also, I can't get on SZ on it, I'm sure there must be a way to do so so green for anyone who helps me out here.

Well I'm an iPhone user and you can go into the app settings and change what you want to be notified of.

I don't know if this is the case for a Blackberry so I'm just throwing it out there but the solution could be with just having a tweak around the app settings.
