That's the trouble with facts. They always get in the way of a good story and the truth. I was frankly horrified at some of the rubbish that now pervades the press when I read UK papers last week. Even the BBC website has have your say debates on meaningless rubbish and refuses discussion on serious matters.

Hoping none of this thread diverts away from the real issue. The well being of the victim and the investigation.
 
Simon Dobbin's wife & daughter gave an interview on BBC Essex this morning. Simon can open his eyes and breathe without a ventilator for most of the day, so showing very slight signs of improvement 1 month on, but I think is still in an induced coma.

One of the other things I picked up on was that Simon was with just one friend and they were definitely not wearing any colours.
