I went for a haircut yesterday and I asked my hairdresser for highlights, and she showed me action replays of a load of previous haircuts.

Hairdresser stories are always a good source of fun, please add yours.

Anyway, once she had finally fiished cutting my hair she said to me "do you want anything on it?"

I said "yeah, put a pair of knickers on it, you've cut it like a ****"

Back in the early 80's I used to have my hair highlighted (don't laugh it was all the rage at the time). Good old mum decided she would save me some money and do it herself. Something didn't feel entirely right but I put it down to the fact that home kits were different. How right I was - different = cap split and ORM with a full head of bleached hair.

justb reminded me of 1,
about 4 years ago when i was in year 7 my brother decided to have blonde highlights, my mum did it, it looked good and all was well. Step in me, bringing in my school planner i showed my mum that obvious highlights were not allowed. My mum began to panic and decided that it could be darkened using brown hair dye, of course this didn't work and turned my brothers hair bright ginger, thus beginning weeks of torture for him and heaven for me.
