Nathan Bishop

Bet the lad thinks he's dreaming. One minute under seige, shipping goals left right & centre in a rapidly sinking L1 ship before losing his place & probably thinking next stop Billericay Town, next minute signing for Utd, training in sunny Spain with Ole, De Gea & the rest. And getting paid on time.

Well done son.

Did anyone watch the game last night and see Nath in the dugout? Obviously he wasn't the sub 'keeper, but he clearly travelled with the squad.

I’ve absolutely nothing against young Nathan but I detest Manure so much that I’m hoping Solskaer does exactly the same as Campbell and unaccountably leaves his top keeper on the bench for a long run of heavy defeats conceding shedloads of stoppable goals.
Quite apart from the disastrous league capitulation, accelerated by this lunacy,if Ox had been selected at Dover, that might have been the start of a much-needed money-spinning FA Cup run.

Highly unlikely. I struggle to remember a shot on goal, certainly none when it was 0-0.

Lee Grant picked up a long term injury so it looks like Bishop is now third choice, he's probably travelling in case De Gea or Romero get injured in the warm up.

Interesting comments about training at Utd, how he's never worked so hard & aches in places he's never ached before. Maybe a clue there about our alledged lack of fitness, we may not be Man Utd but I can't see why our training should be any easier.

Or maybe he's had to up his game to compete with better players.

FORMER Southend United goalkeeper Nathan Bishop insists he aches like never before after joining Manchester United.
