New Colchester manager.

Ha ha

Dont worry guys (I know you wont!) I dont think we are going down, we will get enough points to stay up in the end, there are at least 4 clubs worse than us in this league but yes it is embarrassing at present. We have a large squad of players and until we move some on we will not be able to sign many, there are at least 6 out on loan at present and several others due to be moved out soon on permanent deals. Joe will get the squad he wants together and then move on to a better performance next season.

Mr Form Table wants to discuss that with you....

Form is temporary class is permanent, wait until May :winking:

(I am giving this board a swerve in May if I am wrong!)

Maybe you are finding that you have been living above your permanent class and its now finding its natural order?

Submit to the comforting arms of League Two, you know its the right thing to do.

You could have a point there our standard poor form is occasionally punctuated with a promotion season perhaps our luck has run out.......!

"Hello... yes... what was the latest Col U result?"

Very funny boys, but don't worry despite the result we played ok apparently and more than matched promotion seeking Doncaster, our next 4 games are against teams at the bottom with us, after those we should have a clearer picture of our fate.

You've surely got to be his wife/husband with comments like that.

Dont be too harsh, most normal fans can see he is on the verge of great things. Yes they have lost 8 in a row but you cant make an omelette without breaking some eggs. Hmmn.

Looking at their next few games and they are playing all the teams at the bottom. Lose all of those and they will be in serious trouble.

No relation honest, most Colchester fans are still firmly supporting Joe and Mark we think they will get it right in the end and keep us up.

9 in a row now ?

Why is it Col U fans were screaming for Ward to go, yet Dunne has 'done' worse with the same players yet 95 % of fans think he should stay?

Cant see how a manager on that sort of run is the right man for the job.

The play the two bottom teams away in the next 3 games, lose those and he has to go. Sadly.

Joe is still very popular with the fans there is a big show of support for him on the forum when he hinted about resigning on Saturday, looks like he has decided to stay which we are happy with. Most of our fans would rather he stayed even if we get relegated rather than risk the unknown of a new manager, we know (Like Tilson is with Southend) he has the club firmly in his heart and will do eveything he can to get it right in the end.

Col Ewe were unable to extend their record-breaking run this weekend as their embarrassment at bottom club Hartlepool was postponed due to the snow. No date has yet been set for the re-arranged defeat.

Good signing by the scum, striker jabo ibehre on a free from MK dongs. Might just be enough to keep them up, shame
