New flag

Ron Manager

Guest
Graham Jolley has asked me to post something on here about a new flag he's had made up to be hung at home games from the South Upper and at away games.

It is in memory of Paul Holland, a St George Cross with his name across the middle and in the top left hand corner the old 'Blues Away' logo from when he ran the coaches and the Southend United badge in the bottom right corner.

What we want to do is get people who knew Paul from football (whether you sat near him in the ground, drank with him before or after the match or travelled on his coaches) to sign one of the other two corners of the flag.

So please feel free to PM me if you knew Paul and I'll let you know when and where Graham will have the flag so you can sign it.

Thanks

Andrew

he told me once that after his marriage failed he 'married' SUFC and that it had become his life - i miss seeing the old git around so would appreciate someone signing for me............cheers!
