Just noticed in the Echo that Charter Project Development have announced plans to build a luxury hotel and office block development in Aviation Way for 18million. Will that have any bearing on our development? Interesting to note that they expect to have it ready for the 2012 London Olympics (something I doubt has escaped Ron's thoughts as far as our development is concerned) and state that we are lacking a, quality, 4 star + hotel in the area.
 
To be honest, I wouldn't worry.
Because Our hotel is right next to the ground, so we will always be making
money from it by the travelling supporters, especially on big games.

Nah, the roller rink at the bottom of pier hill was much better.

I think these new plans for hotels' and confrence centre's have got to have some impact regarding the new stadium.

With a sinister quote from Planning Councillor Anna Waite saying ...

"There are a lot of hotel plans for the area at the moment and some are not going to come to fruition"

OK, maybe i'm a little bit paranoid but ...
 
could do with another quality hotel in the area, like someone pointed out before our one should do well with visiting players and supporters staying there
