Its shocking and probably made from the kind of cheap crap that will look tatty by early Jan.. Any 'modern' building usually looks like total bollox 20 years after its built.. victoria ave is an eysore now.. the Royals shopping centre looks like a load of crap already.. look at the other two buildings either side of it.. they still look great.. Surely some kind of lesson could be learnt..
