Newquay

I'm off on my little bro in laws stag do next weekend. Doing Newquay for a weekend of surfing. Is it going to be completely dead? Anyone been out of season? They're talking about fancy dress and stuff, but worried we're going to look like the only dicks in the village - will there be other hens and stags about or should be be prepared for a more chilled weekend?

Haven't been for years, but isn't it one of the No.1 places to go for Stag/Hen parties these days? Doubt you'll be alone....the streets will run with vomit.

I did a stag there.
It's full of stags, v few hens...
Fancy dress etc was fine.
Coasteering was fun activity on Sat afternoon.

Well Newquay was quality! Well recommended. It was busy enough but not rammed, and the surfing and deep sea fishing was great. I was so hungover that I caught a fish and immediately chucked up all over it as it hung off my line. Not my finest moment.:smile:
