Big game tonight, which has got to be winnable, no!?

This is the first of our next 15 games, of which we must surely do significantly better than than the 11 points accrued in the first 15 so far. With potential new ‘Stan’ recruits incoming I’d be aiming for 26 points.

Is this too glass ‘half full’?

Maidenhead - HOME (Win)
Altrincham - AWAY (Draw)
Notts Co - AWAY (Loss)
Bromley - AWAY (Loss)
Barnet - HOME (Win)
Bromley - HOME (Win)
Weymouth - AWAY (Draw)
King’s Lynn - HOME (Win)
Aldershot - AWAY (Draw)
Dover - AWAY (Win)
Boreham - HOME (Draw)
Woking - AWAY (Loss)
Grimsby - HOME (Draw)
Eastleigh - AWAY (Win)
Solihull Moors - HOME (Win)

Great positivity. Personally a tally of 15-20 points for me would be a nice improvement and a step forward. Trouble is that is probably not good enough.

Why are we calling them Stan recruits? Thought it was a team effort with keV, benno, Currie, Stan and Tom all scouting games? Plus the wider scouting network.

4 points from the next 4 looks realistic then at Christmas your glass becomes more than half full ! Maybe some new men in by then. The run of 4 early in the new year against Weymouth, Kings Lynn, Aldershot and Dover could be pivotal.

Only three defeats in fifteen games is asking a lot. This isn't Mark Molesley's hard to beat (but hard to score) team anymore. I think we should beat Maidenhead, Barnet, KL and Dover. In addition I think we will win at Weymouth. We would more likely draw against Bromley (home), Eastleigh and Solihull Moors. I think we will lose to Altrincham, Notts County, Bromley (away), Aldershot, Boreham Wood, Woking and Grimsby. So 18 points.

Take each game at a time dont look to far ahead can see much changing with the current group of players until we get some better ones in.

26 points might sound overly glass-half-full at the moment but if we bring in some new talent in the near future I think it's achievable.

Whatever happened to "take one game at a time"?

From Barnet down we can win them all from the encouraging signs I saw against Yeovil! Every chance of going on a decent run!!

On what I have seen so far I would be hoping for more Darren Currie recruits!
