Yes I agree 100%. Gives the players some self esteem and proper respect. Both were absent for ages until MM instilled some in the squad

True. Ron poor running of sufc and failure to sort out the off field issues before the start of the season which resulted in such poor start, at 1 point it looked the team couldn't score a goal let alone win a game. Will give MM his due for sticking it out in those first few months of his reign under difficult circumstances. Many manager would of walked!
