We can tell you that Duckers XI won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking slow and low. Tough for everyone. Could be a low scoring match on this sunny day.

Let’s join our team for ball-by-ball commentary.

End of Over 27: 116-1, runrate=4.30
Hooper 6-0-28-0
Sobers* 60 (82 balls)
Robert 9 (22 balls)
Last Wicket: Mehar c. Hooper b. Bishop 45 (FOW: 87/1)

Going along quite nicely at the moment, slow pitch so its hard to know what a good total will be.

could be a tie this one

End of Over 25: 116-2, runrate=4.64, reqrunrate=4.68 (232-6)
Groves 5-0-24-1
Mcandrew* 31 (42 balls)
Jefferson 59 (63 balls)
Last Wicket: Allan c. Pienaar b. Kemp 12 (FOW: 56/2)

End of Over 33: 182-0, runrate=5.52, reqrunrate=2.65 (226-3)
Garai 7-0-37-0
Caskey* 98 (102 balls)
Davis 82 (96 balls)

I didn't get enough runs.

Oh my, possibly the best 'team' in the game (unbalanced monster teams aside) and after a run harvest in the last few overs we're right in it!

End of Over 33: 176-2, runrate=5.33, reqrunrate=5.29 (265-1)
Whittles 7-0-26-1
Guneratne* 50 (46 balls)
Cunningham 50 (56 balls)

Last Wicket: Sinethemba b. Whittles 44 (FOW: 84/2)

We'er going to fall horribly short!

End of Over 47: 242-4, runrate=5.15, reqrunrate=8.00 (265-1)
Khawaja 9-1-52-1
Graham* 10 (9 balls)
Wanless 19 (17 balls)

Last Wicket: Guneratne c. Parnaby b. Khawaja 80 (FOW: 227/4)

Haha I needed 25 off last over with no wickets left. And then..

And that's the end of the match. Old Brentonians won by 19 runs.
Old Brentonians 232-6
Napster's XI 213-10

End of Over 50: 213-10, runrate=4.26
Smith 10-0-56-4
Arrowsmith* 18 (17 balls)

49.6 W Smith to van Niekerk
The keeper couldn't reach that one, but first slip certainly did.

I fear the HT gods this season

Lost by a single run, gutted! They bowled us out for 41 last time so to come so close is pleasing but annoying at the same time. Our league showed how tight it's going to be with two single run wins and the other teams getting home with 1.5 and 3.5 overs to spare. Problem is after next week I'll be a bowler down due to finances. It's really going to be a struggle.
