Have a guess....
Victory today will seal promotion to Level III for the 1st time, and also the treble of FC, OD and BT20. We're at home to the side in 6th place, and as we're at full-strength on a GFI, it's not going to take long.

BATTY SHRIMPERS v The Monkey's Nuts

We can tell you that The Monkey's Nuts won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking a little uneven. Should be tough for the batsmen on this sunny day.

End of Over 6: 20-4, runrate=3.33
Schoeman 3-1-7-3
Jenkins* 7 (13 balls)
Raza Virk 6 (11 balls)

Last Wicket: Christopher lbw b. Schoeman 0 (FOW: 10/4)

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Victory for Mrs BB in either of her last 2 matches will tie up her division, as she has a 27 NRR advantage over the side in 2nd. She's at home to 5th today, and is at full-strength on a GFI.

DIBS DIPPERS v Lancaster XI

We can tell you that Lancaster XI won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this sunny day.

End of Over 6: 36-0, runrate=6.00
Rich 3-0-16-0
Stride* 21 (14 balls)
Potter 14 (22 balls)

A suprisingly solid start for me, in a must-win game!

End of Over 10: 39-0, runrate=3.90
Hall 5-0-18-0
Browne* 16 (29 balls)
Raven 20 (32 balls)

Win today against Mao and I'll pretty much have won the division as we have a +12 NRR advantage over second who we play next week. However, defeat in either game will more than likely see me end up with a play off. We are on a GFI but Mao has made a solid start after an early loss.

Welcome to Garon Park for the match between ShrimperZone CC and Gambero C.C..

We can tell you that ShrimperZone CC won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this sunny day.

End of Over 11: 47-1, runrate=4.27
Sutherland 6-0-29-1
Borrell* 24 (41 balls)
Liddel 20 (24 balls)

Last Wicket: Harrad c. Lamey b. Sutherland 0 (FOW: 0/1)

EDIT:

Better:

End of Over 12: 48-2, runrate=4.00
Schofield 1-0-1-1
Borrell* 25 (42 balls)
Robinson 0 (1 balls)

Last Wicket: Liddel lbw b. Schofield 20 (FOW: 48/2)

Playing sixth, need to win as I'm only 4 points ahead of second with a worse NRR and we play them next week, (just seen they've bowled their oppo out for 24).

We can tell you that Big Knockers CC won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this sunny day.

End of Over 14: 72-0, runrate=5.14
Hitish 2-0-4-0
Artell* 38 (39 balls)
Hoult 33 (45 balls)

Mario having one of his unplayable sessions.

End of Over 21: 59-3, runrate=2.81
Marriott 4-3-1-0
Borrell* 27 (66 balls)
Scholes 8 (25 balls)

Last Wicket: Robinson lbw b. Schofield 0 (FOW: 48/3)

Being held up by a Competent :(

BATTY SHRIMPERS v The Monkey's Nuts

The Monkey's Nuts won the toss and elected to bat.
Pitch: Green

End of Over 25: 86-7, runrate=3.44
Kekeletso 6-0-23-0
Lewington* 6 (27 balls)
Jenkins 58 (73 balls)

Last Wicket: Sabata lbw b. Singh 1 (FOW: 56/7)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mrs BB going well

DIBS DIPPERS v Lancaster XI

Lancaster XI won the toss and elected to field.
Pitch: Green

End of Over 24: 151-0, runrate=6.29
Creasey 2-0-14-0
Potter* 69 (88 balls)
Stride 75 (58 balls)

Fair old spell for Mario this!

End of Over 29: 76-5, runrate=2.62
Marriott 8-6-2-2
Scholes* 16 (42 balls)
Lovegrove 0 (0 balls)

Last Wicket: Jagielka st. Lamey b. Marriott 1 (FOW: 76/5)

Looking at Mao's line up he seems to have thrown the game, presumably ahead of a massive FC game next week. Could have saved myself a GFI but not really an issue as we have next week to recover with a meaningless FC game against the bottom team.

End of Over 33: 80-5, runrate=2.42
Marriott 10-7-4-2
Scholes* 18 (53 balls)
Lovegrove 2 (13 balls)

Last Wicket: Jagielka st. Lamey b. Marriott 1 (FOW: 76/5)

Knock this down quickly and a big NRR boost will kill off any hope second place had of catching us.

The players are off the field for the break between innings.

End of Over 38: 85-10, runrate=2.24
Schofield 9-3-14-4
Dawood* 1 (1 balls)

Finally knocked them over, but Evelyn is presently watching the boat he missed, sail away into the sunset.

BATTY SHRIMPERS v The Monkey's Nuts

The Monkey's Nuts won the toss and elected to bat.
Pitch: Green

End of Over 5: 26-1, runrate=5.20, reqrunrate=2.18 (123-10)
Hindle 3-0-17-0
Pollock* 14 (12 balls)
Schoeman 6 (9 balls)

Last Wicket: Evelyn c. Bowker b. Jenkins 6 (FOW: 7/1)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mrs BB should win from here.

DIBS DIPPERS v Lancaster XI

Lancaster XI won the toss and elected to field.
Pitch: Green

End of Over 46: 277-2, runrate=6.02
Creasey 9-0-56-0
Hutton* 18 (16 balls)
Eagles 32 (32 balls)

Last Wicket: Stride b. Bartlett 113 (FOW: 237/2)

The players are off the field for the break between innings.

End of Over 50: 297-2, runrate=5.94
Neil 10-0-71-2
Artell* 145 (148 balls)
Wright 19 (13 balls)
Last Wicket: Marcel lbw b. Neil 90 (FOW: 249/2)

Looking at Mao's line up he seems to have thrown the game, presumably ahead of a massive FC game next week.

Very astute of you. :p

Sorry but my aim has been FC promotion for a long while, as you know. I am not going to go another season finishing 2nd in FC.

Ok I may have sacrificed my OD status but the way my season has gone in that format, this happened a 6 games ago when I lost games I thought I should have won.

The champagne corks are popping again, as we've won our division due to a hard-fought 7 wicket win.

To be fair, a couple of the teams in our division have performed better than I'd have expected them to have. I'd have expected you to finish 4th without really having to try too hard.

Monkey Sloggers are struggling, if they fail to chase then we could be crowned champions this week regardless of NRR.

End of Over 35: 127-5, runrate=3.63, reqrunrate=3.40 (177-10)
Carrick 6-0-23-1
Hemmings* 46 (92 balls)
Crockett 10 (22 balls)

Last Wicket: Cave b. Carrick 42 (FOW: 100/5)

End of Over 32: 125-4, runrate=3.91, reqrunrate=9.28 (291-3)
Guy 6-0-30-1
Johnson* 3 (5 balls)
Austin 5 (4 balls)

Last Wicket: Roache b. Guy 68 (FOW: 119/4)

I got a very good score for my lot with Browne getting 136* (his best ever OD knock) and Waterhouse with an impressive 92* (also a best score in OD)

Game virtually over after Guy removed a resolute Roache, Jackman getting the other 3 wickets...

Lancaster Bombers are doing the usual thing everyone does against Inspired Reality by playing their best batters at the bottom end and if they beat I.R (last years champs, lets remember!) then i will be safe for sure and I.R will be in the play-off spot!

End of Over 36: 175-8, runrate=4.86, reqrunrate=8.07 (287-4)
Lazarus 8-1-42-4
Croft* 6 (13 balls)
Goldbourne 0 (8 balls)
Last Wicket: Poole c. Birkett b. Lazarus 0 (FOW: 173/8)

Just two wickets to get to ensure a 3rd place finish for me.

And that's the end of the match. Jons Legends won by 39 runs.
Jons Legends 177-10
monkey sloggers 138-10

That's the title for me! Like BB it's a triple promotion, things could be a LOT tougher next season. My only saving grace is that my current 10 will have limited nets on them as we focus everything into a new all rounder project to take the No. 8 batting slot. Sini and Macca will be ready to move up the order and take over from Mario and Plums at 4 and 5, our batting is finally starting to take shape.

Now you're up B, get yourself in my league! For the rivalry, if nothing else.

I beat Bowling Bowling Mushy, who won my III three seasons ago, to secure 2nd place whilst his lot will be in the play-offs. How times change.

Having a balanced and effective attack is the key. Most games this season all bowlers have taken wickets for me.

+3.68 in NRR today so could well move up. Will be on a GFI next week as well to make sure I avoid a qualifier.

Looks like successful BT seasons all round unless your name is Napster!
