Have a guess....
BATTY SHRIMPERS v Hubbards Hills CC

Even at this stage of the season, this is a must-win game. He's bottom having lost all 3 games so far, whilst I'm 7th (although only NRR seperates 4th to 7th).

Therefore we're at full-strength on a GFI, although we have a Superb/Superb as 5th bowler as I haven't been able to get a replacemnt in for Brooker yet. Also we've juggled the batting order about a bit to try and save some PFL.

Good toss to win, hopefully we can do some early damage.

We can tell you that BATTY SHRIMPERS won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this partially cloudy and humid day.

End of Over 2: 7-0, runrate=3.50
Singh 1-0-1-0
Usman* 1 (5 balls)
Van-geersdaele 2 (7 balls)

DIBS DIPPERS v The Somerset Crew

3rd placed Mrs BB, takes on the side in 2nd. She's got some PFL problems, but has still picked a full-strength side on a GFI, as she now has no Cup games to contend with.

We can tell you that DIBS DIPPERS won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking a bit on the dry side. A fair bit of help for the spinners I think on this partially cloudy and humid day.

End of Over 3: 14-1, runrate=4.67
Mohammed 2-0-7-0
Eagle* 3 (10 balls)
Meechan 4 (4 balls)

Last Wicket: Ambrose c. Stride b. Eagles 6 (FOW: 9/1)

Playing quite a weak side.

End of Over 8: 18-4, runrate=2.25
Allan 4-1-15-2
Cuevas* 2 (8 balls)
Bone 0 (1 balls)

Last Wicket: Buck b. Allan 4 (FOW: 18/4)

Cracking start here as we look to pick up our first OD win. Plums and McGee take out the openers and we're at home on a dusty pitch with the three spinners to come. Graham plays his first ever game on sublime fitness!!

End of Over 10: 31-2, runrate=3.10
Plummer 5-1-12-1
Rampaul* 14 (22 balls)
Ireland 12 (24 balls)

Last Wicket: Kilkenny b. Mcgee 2 (FOW: 6/2)

Mucked up when setting orders as I thought their wage was their BTR and TIE'd thinking they were weak. Started off really well keeping the run rate to under 3 for the first 10 overs and taking 2 wickets, but it's gone wrong Gichki going for 13 that over.

End of Over 14: 78-2, runrate=5.57
Gichki 2-0-22-0
Gallop* 46 (44 balls)
Noon 22 (18 balls)
Last Wicket: Westlake lbw b. Lake 10 (FOW: 24/2)

this lot should be able to beat me but have fitness issues- have a very strong top order so got 2 spinners on defensive to try amd keep the RR reasonable and tire them out. their bowling looks weaker so we're in with a chance if we can keep their total reasonable.

End of Over 18: 88-2, runrate=4.89
Yeates 4-1-17-0
Ahmed* 22 (28 balls)
Bardsley 11 (22 balls)

Last Wicket: Hockenhull c. Odonague b. Cairns 36 (FOW: 71/2)

Good start by Singh and Schoeman including taking out his 77k wage bat 2nd ball. Double Superb Henderson doing his bit as well.

not that i won't be rooting for Mrs BB, but the manager of the Somerset Crew is a jolly decent chap, and also sold me Cairns for 23k in my first season.

End of Over 21: 101-2, runrate=4.81
Rautenbach 4-0-23-0
Crouch* 45 (56 balls)
Roberts 36 (44 balls)
Last Wicket: Gayer c. Davenport b. Sipho 14 (FOW: 22/2)

Some PFL issues and a lack of two batsmen means this will probably end in defeat. Rauts and Granville chucking pies at the moment.

No further breakthroughs but the spinners are slowing them down.

End of Over 22: 63-2, runrate=2.86
Graham 1-0-1-0
Rampaul* 31 (62 balls)
Ireland 27 (56 balls)

Lovely, Graham finally coming of age now.

Rampaul* 36 (72 balls)
Gilks 0 (0 balls)

The laws of physics have no meaning today. How did Graham get it to turn that much?

This guy Rampaul is annoying me, only earns 15k so can't be that great but just whacked Mario for three 4's in an over.

End of Over 33: 114-3, runrate=3.45
Marriott 10-0-45-0
Gilks* 0 (5 balls)

Benjamin 7-2-16-1
Gilks* 2 (7 balls)
Farley 0 (0 balls)

Last Wicket: Rampaul b. Benjamin 63 (FOW: 117/4)

33.6 W Benjamin to Rampaul
Rampaul attempts the reverse paddle but the ball goes straight on and hits off stump. That was a silly shot, and a suitably embarrassed Rampaul makes his way back to the dressing rooms.

Easy win today against one of the division whipping-boys so made a few changes and played PAN. PFL looking very good at the moment.

Bowling first Bowditch and Williams took 4 a-piece as they were tumbled for 38. Made the runs in 5 overs.

Welcome to The Ronnie Irani County Ground for the match between Goochies Greats and General Stars.

We can tell you that Goochies Greats won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking slow and low. Tough for everyone. Could be a low scoring match on this partially cloudy and humid day.

End of Over 40: 176-2, runrate=4.40
Brown 10-0-54-0
Sookram* 86 (91 balls)
Cavanagh 52 (112 balls)

Last Wicket: Browne lbw b. Mason 31 (FOW: 51/2)

Done very well do far, just need to finish them off. Tricky batting conditions, but we should be able to knock this off...
