hat do u take ,and from whom ?

what do u take ,and from whom ?

I take two 2000mg tablets with my evening meal.

I get them online from a company called Supplemented (via Amazon) but there are loads of other suppliers.

Funnily enough I have just been to see one of the specialists and I told him about it. He then gave me what I can only assumed is a much used 'toe the company line speech' stating that he works for the NHS and cannot blah blah blah.

Then told me he uses loads of it in his cooking and suggested that as well as the tumeric I eat more brochali which kind of ties in with what @hlane17 was saying earlier.

Seems to fall into the category of if you think it helps then fine (a bit like homeopathy) but clinical trials don’t support any actual benefit.
