No, he was young when he joined us, for the first time.

He played his last game at the end of 77/78 at the age of just 32. He scored his last goal for us a little earlier in 1966 !

He certainly was.I can remember seeing him training at Prittlewell Park circa 1970(before he went to Hull).

No, he was 34 when he made his debut.
