It appears that David Ginola is running a celebrity retreat called 'The Centre', where he appears to partake in brain-washing of visitors under the guise of spiritual enlightenment. His physical actions against Roger Cook were indicative of someone with plenty to hide.

Amongst the things he's doing is getting the celebrities to confess all their past misdemeanours - and to videotape these so-called private consultations. One young visitor is scared witless.

I never thought I'd ever say this but Ginola appears to be more dangerous off the pitch than he ever was on it.

As I said in the previous thread about this show, you have to hand it to BBC 3 for it's cutting edge investigative journalism.

No other channel, newspaper or magazine got a sniff of this story but they managed to get into the place and film all that was going on. It was the same for Dale Winton's marriage to Nell McAndrew - if they don't pick up some major awards for these shows then there isn't any justice!

I saw this on a repeat last night.

What a complete crock of doggie doo doos.

Do people really sit and watch this and believe its true?

I was quite impressed with Ginolas acting but the young lad who played the scared actor stealing tapes was crap.

Please tell me no one really believed this "doccumentary"

You mean it was just a hoax?

I'm shocked.....

I couldn't really tell either way. As you say Ginola was very convincing, but the main thing that looked suspect were the photos of Ginola meeting all these guru's and esp the picture of the bloke trying to jump from the Eiffel tower with Ginola saving him!

Also Burnside was on Soccer AM the other week and I'm sure he mentioned doing some acting on a BBC show that would get people talking etc.

But on the other hand would Mr Wenger really waste his time on something like this?

Why wouldnt Wenger spare some time for his old mate and fellow frenchman?

Do you really believe that some indian guru is going to open a coffee shop and call it Ginola's plazza cafe?

The centre is supposed to be extremely secretive for high profile celebs. Ginola was so against publicity then lets a film crew in and to film whatever they want?

The purpose of this program was purely to showcase Ginola's acting talents. No more No less.

I would guess that everyone who believed this program also believe that man walked on the moon and Osama Bin Laden was responsible for the 9/11 attrocities.
