What were they thinking?

Outside the station they had posters advertising 'no engineering works'...well pat on the back there

Sending only 4 carriages up there, meant okay at Southend, busier at Prittlewell, heaving at Rochford and then so forth

But with West Ham at home surely they'd have changed this...I mean its not like there was a busy football match finishing around 5ish...

Did they heck

4 carriages again, people turned away from the trains after walking down the platform due to overcrowding, the next train...4 carriages, also fills up, more fans turned away, then a quick switch to a longer train which was also heaving.

Not the foggiest have they

We put on 12 Coaches :finger:
 
Didnt fancy the trains so drove to Walthamstow and got the tube in from there. Back by 18:40.
 
After last time wised up a little and stayed in the pub until 6.30. Turned out to be a good move.
