Online Ticketing System Available

I liked seatbooker. Didn't work in Firefox so I used IE and it was always robust, convenient and probably better than going to the club and doing it there.

Personally, I never had a problem with it in Firefox (being using firefox since 0.3), however, I agree that this would be a backward step.

Unfortunately, living in North Wales I have to plan my trips to the Hall carefully and like to pick where I sit, namely, with the same friends and ex-colleagues I've been going with for years. Now, I cannot choose the seat I sit in and being as the west stand I could be at the opposite end of the stand to them.

This is a major step backwards. I guess I'm going to have to start phoning the ticket office if I want to sit where I want, not where I'm told. So there.

You can still pick your seat by phoning the ticket line.

I got to pick the exact seats I wanted. One next to my dad a seaso and the two in front.

And didn't get charged a booking fee per ticket or transaction. Marvellous!

Just needs the queing system to work and the phone system gives the same functionality as seatbooker.

probably better now as you can choose your seat and its cheaper buying that way as well.

I take it your collecting them yourself then? Anyone know what the charge is if they send them out, or have the club stopped doing that?

Nothing.

Two tickets, Yeovil & Forest, (seats specifically selected)arrived in the post two days after ordering by phone and having been assisted by a pleasant and helpful member of staff.

Clearly the best option now.

Always used Seatbooker previously; unlikely to use the new tickets.com (unless I want to buy a scarce ticket for one of those events that finished months ago but are still advertised on their home page - I do hope we haven't "got into bed" with a company that aren't much cop. Perhaps they're cheap.)

I was going to suggest that.

I've just taken a look at their website and was "thrilled" that, as you point out, I can indeed buy tickets for the World Games in Duisberg which took place in July ...

I love the way it claims that "these are the tickets you have chosen" despite the fact that one hasn't, one has chosen an area in the ground. I much prefer the ease and relative clarity of Seatbooker; I wonder why the club aren't using them anymore?
