Opening my visa credit card statment today I was suprised to learn that on the 17th August I had made a transaction in BERLIN with tickets.com GMBH Karten.
Checking my diary I realised that this was when I 'd been in Andalusia(Spain)and bought an online ticket for the Leeds home game in September,on the first day they'd become available.
Interestingly in the same C/C statement I was also billed for a Fulham ticket with Seatbooker who are (still) based in New Malden.
After over 30 years spent working in Spain and France I'd consider myself as Pro-European as they come but I really fail to understand why SUFC switched from a UK based company (Seatbooker)which continues to offer a superior customer service(ie you can book the seat you want)to a foreign(OK European)multinational company based in Germany which offers an inferior service(ie you can't choose the seat you want, you have to take whatever the computer spits out).
In addition IIRC our football club incurred a substantial fine after a legal case which was lost for breaking an existing contract with Seatbooker to switch to Tickets.com
Perhaps someone could explain the finer points of this mystery to me ?:support:

I dont think asking us will help, asking your credit card company may be more beneficial though.

I used to like with seat booker that you could pick your exact seat by looking at a plan.
