A word to the wise is enough
Do not want to be a prophet of doom, but we have lost our last NINE home league games that have fallen on a Tuesday. Before that run we beat Gillingham 1-0 in September 2011.

Given how we seem to end other team's poor records ie Mansfield and Exeter, it would be nice to end this abysmal one this week v the Monkeyhangers.

On the bright side Tuesday's game is our last one this season, unless there are any postponements. Before the Swindon defeat, we did go 8 Tuesday night home league games unbeaten.

Hartlepool's away Tuesday league record

1st Feb 11 - 4-0 loss
8th Mar 11 - 1-0 loss
14th Feb 12 - 1-0 loss
6th Mar 12 - 1-0 loss
21st Aug 12 - 2-0 loss
18th Sep 12 - 5-0 loss
16th Oct 12 - 1-0 loss
23rd Oct 12 - 2-1 loss
19th Mar 13 - 3-0 loss
26th Nov 13 - 1-0 loss
28th Jan 14 - 2-1 loss

On the down side, Hartlepool have lost their last 11 away league games on a Tuesday night ... you know how generous we are!!
